Shipping & Refund Policy
CANCELLATION BEFORE SHIPMENT:
Order once placed can only be cancelled within 4 hours from the placing the order. In order to cancel, you should write to our customer support team on firstname.lastname@example.org or send us an SMS or WhatsApp "CANCEL [Order number]" e.g. "CANCEL 123456", from the mobile number as placed in your order's billing address, on +91 9149902775. In such cases, the order will be cancelled and the refund will be processed within 3-5 days after the cancellation request.
RETURN & REFUND POLICY:
At AAGUR, we do our best to ensure that you are completely satisfied with our products and we are happy to issue a full refund based if the product has been tampered with or damaged during transportation.
In such circumstances you must promptly contact us within 24 hours of order delivery as determined by the courier tracking service, on email@example.com or Whatsapp on +91 9149902775 with details of the product and the damage. Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a refund.
Please note: The refund will be processed via RazorPay, our payment gateway provider, into your bank account or UPI linked wallet within 4-6 days of the refund conditions as stated above having been fulfilled.
HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND:
To request a refund, simply email us your order details, including the reason why you’re requesting a refund. We take customer feedback very seriously and use it to constantly improve our quality of service.
